What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant/House Manager position at Private household?
This is a temporary (3 months) full-time job as a Personal Assistant / House Manager, working for a private household.
You will be responsible for travel planning, appointment scheduling, restocking house supplies, administrative work, errands, overseeing maintenance and general upkeep at our three residences in San Diego. The position ends on August 15, 2024. There is a possibility to be re-hired around July 2025. You will report directly to me, the homeowner.
- Salary: $74,880/year ($1,440/week)
- Status: W2 employee
- Work hours: 32 hours/week (9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, while Fridays are off)
- PTO: 3 weeks per year
- Please note: no benefits offered
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years prior experience eg. personal assistant, executive assistant, house manager...
- Must live within 30 minutes of Mission Hills
- Must have reliable transportation to drive between our three residences and to run errands
