What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant position at Private household?
This is a full-time job as a Personal Assistant with House Manager duties for a private household. The candidate will be responsible for travel planning, appointment scheduling, administrative work, errands, overseeing maintenance and general upkeep at our two residences in San Diego, as well as overseeing one employee, a handyman.
- Salary: $74,880/year ($1,440/week)
- Status: W2 employee
- Work hours: 32 hours/week (9am-5pm Monday through Thursday, while Fridays are off)
- PTO: 3 weeks per year
- Benefits: health insurance, 401k (full matching up to 2%)
You will report directly to me, the homeowner. This is a long-term position. If candidate is performant, you will save me so much time in my life that I can keep you employed indefinitely! Our family will be living in Paris for 1 year starting August 2024, and the candidate must be willing to travel extensively between the US and France during this period.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years prior experience eg. personal assistant, executive assistant, house manager...
- Must live within 30 minutes of Mission Hills
- Must have reliable transportation to drive between our two residences and to run errands
- Must be willing to travel
