Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Seattle, WA for a Leasing Manager. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing leasing agents, lease apartments, tracking leads and closing ratios, conducting market research, cultivating relationships theough weekly marketing out reach, managing lease administration, and ensuring high levels of resident retention.
Qualifications
- Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
- Motivated by achieving sales goals
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Minimum of 2 years lease up experience
- Class A leasing experience or high rise experience preferrable
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research
- Skills in Property Management and Resident Retention
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
