  • Responsible for greeting, meeting, and seating all guests
  • Submit any and all feedback to the General Manager and Floor Managers
  • Train and guide floor staff, including servers, bartenders, and bussers
  • Respond to any guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner, and do all possible to find a solution that works for the guest, the lounge, and the hotel
  • Get to know regulars, locals, hotel guests, and VIP’s
  • Help uphold service standards and hotel policies set forth by management, and do all you can to maintain guest satisfaction
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth, prompt service on all shifts
