Job Description:
We are recognized for our comprehensive approach to restoring our patient-clients
health & assisting in the restoration of movement impairments while maximizing
functional mobility & reducing pain. We focus on providing a comprehensive physical
assessment of the neuro-musculo-skeletal system, apply hands-on care, & guide our
clients through education & effective clinic-based & home exercise & movement
programs.
The Physical Therapy Clinical Director is tasked with overseeing our outpatient physical therapy clinic by offering services, creating strategic goals and acting as a liaison between other referring providers.
The job also entails overseeing day-to-day operations and seeing as well as evaluating patients as necessary. You can also expect to implement sound and effective financial strategies to meet the fiscal needs of the clinic. This position requires a PT professional who has strong leadership skills and qualities able to help guide our dynamic team of therapy providers.
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate degree.
- 3 years experience in Physical Therapy
- Active and unrestricted PT license in the state of CT
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
