NOW HIRING: PROCTOR

Our Northern New Jersey Wycko oce is looking for in-person proctors to oversee the administration of

practice tests for our SAT/ACT students. Proctors work on Saturdays and Sundays between 8:15am-2pm.

Proctors ensure that students feel welcome and that their test taking experience is a positive one. Proctors

must be punctual, professional and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

The rate for proctoring is $20/hr.

DESIRED SKILLS

High school diploma

Experience with proctoring, mentoring, or teaching.

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to connect with a variety of people (families, students, sta)

PROCTOR DUTIES

Arrive early to ensure the testing environment is prepared and organized.

Set up and distribute test materials
Provide clear, accurate instructions on test rules, procedures, and time limits.

Ensure all students adhere to exam guidelines, preventing cheating and upholding academic integrity throughout the testing period.

Maintain a controlled and quiet testing environment

For online or digital exams, assist students in troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter.
Record attendance and document any unusual incidents that occur during the exam.
Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
