Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate and skilled hospitality team member to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our property and facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for both team members and guests. In addition providing excellent services during meals and events. The ideal candidate will have experience in the estate world or hospitality environment, with a strong understanding of customer service
Duties
- Cleaning of flatware and silverware to the highest standard
- setting tables, set up and break down of events
- Housekeeping services
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with manager to ensure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service
Experience
- Previous experience in a private estate or luxury property is preferred.
- Familiarity with fine dining service, drink preparation or housekeeping services is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and patrons.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
