An established leading Automotive Dealership in the Smithfield, NC area is looking for a Sales Manager with experience in the NC and SC areas . Used car knowledge is preferred. vAuto or Max Digital experience is preferred. Responsibilities - Sales Manager :
Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all salespeople.Directs sales staffing, and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.Monitors salesperson productivity and performanceAdministers and monitors factory-sponsored programsDisplays, merchandises, and promotes vehiclesReviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealershipServes as a liaison between the sales department and other departmentsAnalyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirementsMaintains a professional appearanceAttends manager meetings as requestedOther duties may be assignedQualifications / Requirements - Sales Manager
