Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate OBGYN Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This position is essential to advancing our mission of supporting women's health through all life stages, from adolescence to menopause, including prenatal and postpartum care.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, emphasizing gynecological and obstetric care.
- Collaborative Practice: Partner with OBGYN physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care.
- Patient Education: Provide education on preventive care, lifestyle adjustments, and treatment options to enhance well-being and empower informed healthcare decisions.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform routine exams such as pelvic exams, Pap smears, and other in-office gynecological procedures.
- Ongoing Patient Management: Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to achieve individualized health goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Women's Health or Family Practice.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a preference for specialization in women's health or OBGYN.
