The manager will lead a team responsible for processing fellowship applications, managing case workflows, and ensuring timely decision-making.

Position Responsibilities:
- This will be Remote role
- Manage and optimize workflows using grants application tracking systems, case management software, and workflow automation tools to improve productivity.
- Oversee the fellowship application processing lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop, implement, and refine policies and procedures for application processing and case management.
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for reviewing and processing fellowship applications, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, resolve issues, and enhance user experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards, particularly in federal grant management, if applicable.
- Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with IT teams for enhancements, and recommend software solutions for better efficiency.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices, system updates, and new operational procedures.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to application processing, system performance, and operational effectiveness.
- 5 years of experience in application processing management, operations, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in application tracking systems, case management software, and workflow automation tools.
- Experience managing teams and improving operational workflows.
- Federal grant management experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
