Position Responsibilities:
- This is a Remote (work from home) position.
- Collaborate with technical leads to understand requirements, processes, and systems.
- Attend weekly review meetings to report on activities, deliverables, and issues.
- Provide monthly reports summarizing completed deliverables and upcoming tasks.
- Ensure alignment with guidelines, including travel for designated workshops or events.
- Assist in preparing program solicitations and management plans.
- Develop communication materials, presentations, and reports.
- Organize workshops, interagency coordination activities, and other events.
- Support proposal review processes, including reviewer recruitment and scheduling.
- Assist in maintaining and distributing templates, timelines, and panelist surveys.
- Draft project abstracts and review analyses, addressing problematic comments as needed.
- Provide logistical support for site visits and panel meetings.
- Monitor program calendars, milestones, and document libraries.
- Assist with data analytics and maintain workshop deliverables.
- Coordinate agreement terms, partner requirements, and financial oversight.
- Review and summarize project reports for alignment with project objectives.
- Perform preliminary reviews of annual and final project reports.
- Coordinate with awardee teams on reporting and oversight activities.
- Monitor financial compliance and conduct analyses of funded projects.
- A master’s degree in science, engineering, or mathematics (preferred fields: computer or information science/engineering) or equivalent experience/certifications.
- Proven experience in managing research projects, programs, and teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, Slack, SharePoint, etc.).
- Business acumen in managing complex projects and budgets.
