Scope of Work:
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of a large-scale program, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met on time and within scope. The role involves oversight of complex program lifecycles, including logistics management and stakeholder engagement. This individual will provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and ensure compliance with organizational and contractual requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
- This will be a remote role
- Oversee the full program lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ensure program compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, including communication with grant recipients, association members, and other program participants.
- Provide logistical support and oversight for program implementation, addressing challenges proactively.
- Monitor project performance and prepare comprehensive reports on progress, key metrics, and issues.
- Facilitate coordination between multiple teams and agencies to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Advanced academic degree (Master’s or PhD) or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale program management.
- Proven track record managing programs involving large public engagements, grant recipients, or association members.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in logistical support and operational oversight for complex programs.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
