Role and Responsibilities
The Customer Experience Specialist is the customer advocate for BlueStar or Big Chill-branded products and is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience through effective communication and follow-through. Customers can be end-consumers, dealers, specifiers (builders, designers, etc.), and BlueStar territory sales managers.
·Responds to and manages calls and/or emails promptly, focusing on product registrations and part orders.
· Answers product feature/benefit, specification, and installation questions.
· Generates detailed and factual documentation.
· Memorizes, recalls, and researches information quickly.
· Develops holistic product knowledge, including key differences between product lines.
· Develops a working knowledge of culinary and/or kitchen design terminology and skills.
Preferred Skills
· Associate or bachelor’s degree.
· Working knowledge of culinary and/or kitchen design terminology and skills.
· SAP environment experience.
