As a Client Sales Representative, you will be a vital connection between our clients and the local community, helping to identify service solutions for both current and potential customers. We prioritize clear communication, ongoing learning, and realistic expectations to set our team members up for success.
Client Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Directly communicate client information for products and services in-person to initiate sales within the Norfolk communities
- Drive sales by providing knowledgeable insights into products, industry standards, benefits, and promotions
- Gain a strong understanding of client needs through hands-on training and community interaction
- Utilize client-provided technology to streamline customer interactions and improve service efficiency
- Work closely with leadership, including the Director and Chief of Staff, to track performance, review goals, and ensure client expectations are met.
Client Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Education - High school diploma or GED required, classwork in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, business, or communications
- A friendly, professional attitude when engaging with both customers and colleagues
- Willingness to learn and apply training in all aspects of the role
- Strong time management and communication skills to complete daily and weekly tasks effectively
- Adaptability to changing marketing strategies, business trends, and client needs

Pay: $43,731.00 - $51,450.00 per year
