What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Administrator position at PRN for Families, Inc.?
This is currently a part time position. Can move to full time by Fall. This position is an oversight position for the program as a whole, as well as for the building itself. Day Treatment will be added as School is set to open in September 2025.
Position duties include:
Stay current and up to date on all personal required paperwork-Certifications, First Aid, CPR, Medical, Driver’s License, Insurances, registrations, program trainings etc.
Hourly forms and verification reports to be filled out and provided by the end of each month for payroll.
Blue Host.com - This is our current PRN for Families website location. Payment is due every 2 years and needs to be kept track of when it is due.
LuxSci.com - This is PRN for Families email site. You will need to have a working knowledge of how this program works, how to make changes, and understand Ticket Support for any problems.
Email must be checked continuously during work hours. A lot of our business is conducted throughout the day by email. Each email will be opened, read, and a determination made as to how it will be answered.
Brochures and Business Cards/Website Information- Check on supplies, re-order and update information when necessary.
Business Information – See that the Inc. and all LLC’s are in good standing with the CO Secretary of State. Updating reports and information annually.
Building Oversight – for Colfax office. The Building belongs to Geronimo Enterprises, LLC. This LLC also holds a condo located in Golden. Your position will be to provide any work that needs to be done to the building. PI over-site for Colfax office. This includes interior and exterior needs, lights, batteries, detectors, fire extinguishers and fire department visits, Water, plumbing and heating, electrical issues, sprinkler systems, Waste management, landscape and clean up, exterior building, roofs, gutters, broken windows, locks, signs. Know when and who to contact in case of emergency.
CAQH - You will be notified by PRN when this needs to be updated. The Therapist’s information for insurance companies. You go into the website, update any information, Re-attest that the information is correct.
City of Lakewood - All work with Code Enforcement, Lakewood Police, West Metro Fire, Lakewood Health Department, neighborhood issues
Consolidated Water requires Back-Flow testing annually. We use Rocky Mountain Backflow. They will contact you for testing when it is due.
Consulting – answering questions and responding with answers or research for solutions brought up by anyone involved with PRN.
Day Treatment - This will be a new program for PRN. This information will need to be updated as decisions are made moving forward.
General Information form updated as needed for changes. Used between Administrator and Finance/HR person.
Geronimo Foundation – PRN for Families has a foundation that has not yet been put to work. We are only allowed 1 person from PRN on the board or to participate in the foundation. For PRN that will be Charles Elias, as the Owner, CEO, Very limited work for this position at the moment.
JCAHO – Joint Commission - A general knowledge of our work concerning Jcaho Accreditation. Be able to support our Licensing person when needed. Attendance to all Accreditation meetings
.Program Memberships - NATSAP, YATA, NAVOBA, JACHO, Network Solutions.com - Is the company that holds our Domain Name. Renewals are due at the first of December every 3 years.
Notary Certificate – There is a need at times to be able to perform notarial services. It will be your responsibility to complete your certification and keep it up to date.
PRN & Day Treatment forms - General working knowledge of what is available and being used. Keep up to date on any changes made as they are discussed and changed.
Policies & Procedures – Working knowledge of PRN for Families policies & Procedures as well as for the Day Treatment program.
T-Mobile (phones)/Century Link (internet) – Oversee all aspects of company phones and services.
Zoom – HIPAA Compliant Video Conferencing. Used to set up all video meetings.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
