Job Responsibilities :
- Assist sales project managers in planning, executing, and closing out various paving / concrete projects
- Measure, estimate and have an understanding of bidding contracts
- Collaborate with Sales Manager and Foreman to ensure smooth operations
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support the operations team in day-to-day tasks to keep projects running smoothly
- Various projects which include helping and working with the crews
