Job Responsibilities
- Assist sales project managers in planning, executing, and closing out various paving/ concrete projects
- Measure, estimate and have an understanding of bidding contracts
- Collaborate with Sales Manager and Foreman to ensure smooth operations
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support the operations team in day-to-day tasks to keep projects running smoothly
- Various projects which include helping and working with the crews
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Experience in the construction or paving industry is a plus
- Be able to work in all weather conditions
