Pro Action of Steuben and Yates, Inc., is seeking applicants for the full-time position of Yates Prevention Services Coordinator, at our Yates Office for the Aging.
The Coordinator will oversee the Yates Office for the Aging Prevention Services with the wellness/exercise programs and the Emergency Response System units. The wellness and exercise programs are evidence based and designed to prevent or reduce chronic disease for individuals based on program eligibility requirements. Teaching exercise and wellness classes as well as providing public education and information to promote awareness of programming. The Emergency Response System units, pendants and Project Lifesaver System transmitters are installed and maintained which allows clients to remain in their homes.
