We are looking for upbeat people to join our Sales and Retention team in Rancho Cordova, CA. As a sales and retention specialists you play a great part in the growth for the company and will be able to connect with our customers one on one to help resolve their pest issues and address any issues that they had as customers.

Job Description:
- Generate leads and sales for the company
- Answer inbound calls, reply to messages through Google and Yelp, and make outbound calls as needed to potential new customers
- Educate customers about our services we provide
- Develop and maintain 5 Star quality relationships with customers
- Stay up to date about company wide services, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Be professional and have positive attitude
- Be able to multi-task and time manage
- Must have interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have good tonality and general understanding of phone etiquette
- Ability to work with varying computer programs with ease
- Must have some experience in sales or customer service
- Be self motivated and results driven
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work together as team and individually
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Be willing to learn
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Licensed with CA SPCB Applicator or Field Representative License is a plus!

Schedule:
Monday to Friday with weekend availability
