What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Pro Am Collision & Mechanical?
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include but not limited to the following. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and professional look in the office
- Customer support both in person and over the phone
- Greet customers
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Several computer based administrative duties
- Organize and maintain records and repair order files
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Call/email customers to receive payments
- Assistance with accounts receivable
- Send insurance requested correspondence
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:30PM, arriving 10 minutes early.
Skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and customer service
- Experience with utilizing computers, email, scheduling, and programs like Excel.
Optional Skills
- Experience with social media and updating company pages
- High school diploma necessary, bachelor degree is a added plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
