About the Role :
We are seeking a Sales Specialist who will play a pivotal role in expanding our sales operations, specifically focusing on espresso machines and coffee equipment. This role will involve developing and managing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your expertise in coffee equipment will be instrumental in guiding clients through their purchasing decisions, ensuring they receive the best equipment for their requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our sales distribution network.
- Provide product expertise and guidance to clients, assisting them in selecting the right espresso machines and equipment for their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategies for increasing sales revenue and market share.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with partners to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Pro Coffee Gear and network with potential partners.
