Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a crew leader to maintain a specific route of commercial clients, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Operate a zero-turn mower, push mower, string trimmer, edger, and backpack blower safely and efficiently during the green season.
- Participate in snow removal and salting operations during the winter months.
- Maintain professional communication with staff and clients.
- Attend and participate in weekly team meetings.
- Maintain and report any issues with equipment.
- Be punctual and ready to work at your scheduled shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain professional communication with staff and clients.

- Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ability to maintain equipment and report/fix any issues.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Previous experience operating lawn care equipment is preferred but not necessary.
