Friday : 1 : 00a-1 : 30p
Saturday : 2 : 00a-2 : 30p
Sunday : 3 : 00a-3 : 30p
Requirements :
- Manufacturing experience required; food manufacturing preferred
- 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Associate degree preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise and moving machinery
Responsibilities :
- Oversee production lines and resolve operational issues
- Develop and manage production team
- Enforce safety and GMP policies
- Plan production operations and review schedules
- Conduct inventory functions and equipment inspections
- Participate in production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Compensation :
