Job Overview:
We are a small local company seeking a dedicated Office Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
-Quality control teams, ensuring uniforms are on, teams are in and out efficently, and understand there tasks for the day.
-Assit on payroll
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry, and scheduling.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, and organizing paperwork.
- Assist in various tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
-Bi-lingual is a plus (Spanish and English) but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
