About the Role
This isn’t your average retail job. You’ll be helping run the store like it’s your own — driving sales, managing inventory, leading a team, and building genuine connections with our customers. We need someone who can both manage and SELL. If you’ve got hustle, leadership instincts, and love everything sports or fashion, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
- Drive in-store sales through top-tier customer service and upselling
- Lead and motivate team members to meet sales goals
- Maintain inventory levels and product displays
- Handle customer issues with professionalism and urgency
- Support scheduling, and training of new team members
- Report to the Store Manager and District Manager and communicate insights and feedback
Qualifications:
- 2 year retail or sales experience (management experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for sports, streetwear, and serving people
- Knowledge of current sports teams, fashion trends and sneaker culture
- Comfortable working weekends and peak retail hours
- Reliable, responsible, and goal-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
- Bilingual
