Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Production Assistant to join our team! This role involves working closely with the Production Manager to oversee and support construction projects, including roofing, siding, and other related tasks. The position requires being out in the field, delivering materials to crews, and helping ensure smooth operations on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Manager in overseeing construction projects, including roofing and siding work.
- Deliver materials to job sites and crews as needed.
- Help coordinate the flow of materials and ensure projects run on schedule.
- Ensure safety and organization on-site.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth running of the project.
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry materials as needed.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Previous experience in construction or similar field is a plus, but not required.

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating weekends
