International Logistics Experience.
Explore with Import & Export regulations for non-standard countries
To Ensure the LSP been Audited periodically
Support claim process by submitting necessary logistics documents to Insurance processing and follow up till settlement, by submitting necessary logistics documents to claim process management team
Overall ownership of Logistics execution and Routing
Reverse logistics of fixtures and saddles
LSP Payment follow up and tracking and recording; Freight bills monitoring with Finance & Queries related to finance attending
Tracking of LSP invoices with B2P , Apex & Sabrix Team, expedite to resolve Apex & Sabrix issues.
Expedite with Finance Team for LSP Invoices for Expedited WF for Payment, Payment Resolution, Correction in invoices w.r.t Service Tax, quantity mismatch and address Issues etc.
Support logistics quality improvement by timely record in NC system for any non-conformance at transactional level & Monthly Report (Import, Export & Domestic )
Getting priority shipment details from the user of the shipment for better communication and Interacting with LSP through out the day till execution gets completed as per requirement

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
