The Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist proactively seeks to increase aftermarket sales opportunities with our existing customer base. This position will focus primarily on the Greydon business, an innovative brand within ProMach's Labeling & Coding Business Line. Timely and accurate response to customer inquiries and order entry demands as well as building strong internal and external customer relationships is critical to meeting the goals of the company. The Specialist will regularly follow-up on opportunities for regaining customer order activity, open quotes, coordinate delivery schedules and complete order entry for procurement and shipment.

- Increases aftermarket sales revenue through direct-sales efforts that include retention of sales for existing customers, recovery efforts for lost customers and identifying at risk customers.
- Develops positive relationships with customers in order to effectively analyze customer requirements and promote company services to meet those requirements. Documents customer discussions in the company’s CRM system.
- Enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with aftermarket support and quickly responding to customer concerns / requests.
- Complete order entry for aftermarket opportunities gained through proactive customer outreach.
- Explore customer interest in upgrading technology or acquiring additional equipment; facilitates contact with appropriate Sales representative to continue process.
- Identifies the customer’s expected order date and ship date for parts quotes. Follows-up on quotes that are not converted into orders.
- Provides continued post sales follow up to ensure scheduled customer shipment date is met. Follows up with customers regarding delays in original ship dates or any other concerns, including special attention to back orders.
- Assists Customer Service by directing general phone calls and receiving customer orders.
