The Position :
Our Company is looking for an energetic, experienced and hands-on National Sales Manager to manage the sales of our products to mass merchants, clubs and other major retail chains nationwide. Our environment is very fast paced as our category review and product presentation and follow up deadlines are driven and directed by our retailer customers. We have several different product categories all within home storage and organization.
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities :
- Open and develop new and existing accounts to increase sales in new and / or existing departments within Mass Merchants, Home Centers, Specialty Markets, Drug, Grocery Chain and Clubs
- Continuously develop new sales opportunities, create special programs / planograms
- Manage, maintain, and grow existing key accounts by developing strategies with the Management team
- Develop and execute plans to achieve annual sales targets and goals
- Manage independent sales representatives
- Attend major trade shows
