Required Skills
- HVAC Systems Knowledge: A deep understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including their components, operation, and maintenance.
- Electrical Knowledge: Proficiency in electrical wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting electrical issues within HVAC systems.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills for working with various tools, equipment, and system components.
- Plumbing Knowledge: Basic plumbing skills for tasks like pipe fitting and leak detection.
- Refrigeration Knowledge: Understanding of refrigeration systems, including refrigerant handling and charging.
- Diagnostic Skills: Ability to accurately identify and diagnose system malfunctions.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Effective problem-solving techniques to pinpoint and resolve issues.
- Repair and Installation Skills: Proficiency in repairing and installing HVAC components and systems.
- Code Compliance: Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays
- Must possess current driver’s license and maintain satisfactory driving record
Pay Scale:
Starting at $44.00 an hour.
