We are looking for a Office Support & Creative Specialist to provide exceptional client support while ensuring the highest quality automotive images through photo editing and branding.
Role Overview
This role combines customer service and graphic design , requiring a strong eye for detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality automotive images, and assisting with photo enhancements and custom overlays using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and Canva .
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support :
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to image quality and escalate as needed.
- Maintain support tickets, track progress, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide guidance to customers regarding photo submission standards and quality expectations.
