Busy private optometry office looking for a full time front desk receptionist that is experienced working in a fast paced environment. Minimum 3 years experience is required and knowledge in the Optical industry is also required.
Duties include:
-Checking patients in and out, closing examination charts with CPT codes
-Answering phone calls inbound and outbound messages/faxes
-Pulling, entering and scanning insurance documents
-Contact lens ordering and management
-Coding and billing for various vision plan insurances
-OfficeMate/ExamWriter Software proficient a must!
-Spanish speaking a plus!

Summary
As a Front Desk Receptionist in an optometry setting, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional patient service and administrative support.
