Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct visual inspections of small rubber injection parts
- Identify and remove defective parts
- Sort and pack inspected parts into designated cartons
- Work at a long table with proper lighting
- Ensure zero defects are allowed in the inspected parts
- Ability to work standing for extended periods.
- Dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling and inspecting small rubber parts.
- Ability to lift and move parts between sorting tables and containers.

- Strong communication skills to report inspection findings clearly.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Visual Inspection Experience : Prior experience in visual quality inspection of small parts , ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with Rubber or Injection Molded Parts : Understanding common defects (e.g., warping, inconsistencies, surface imperfections).
- Basic Measurement Tools : Ability to use simple inspection tools like calipers, magnifiers, or defect templates (if required).
- Sorting & Rework Knowledge : Experience sorting and handling parts efficiently, ensuring defective items are properly segregated.
- Attention to Detail : Ability to detect subtle defects that may not be visible at first glance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of quality control and inspection processes.
- Ability to follow standardized inspection procedures and work instructions.

Client Industry : Manufacturer of rubber injection parts for the auto industry, requiring 100% visual inspection
Project Duration : Ongoing - Based on performance; Estimated 3 days per week. For 4 months with possibility of extension
Job type : 1099 contract
