What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Manager, Janitorial position at Pro Quality Cleaning?
We are a commercial cleaning/janitorial company located in Mechanicsburg, PA. We provide office cleaning services to commercial facilities within an hour radius of Mechanicsburg which includes counties of Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry.
As an Area Manager you will be assigned to handle about 20-30 customer accounts/buildings and be responsible for the performance of those accounts reporting directly to the Branch Manager. You'll have access to our warehouse supplies in Mechanicsburg and be overall responsible for the training and re-supplying of our employees, inspecting facilities for cleanliness, and taking care of any customer concerns.
Your focus will primarily be operations and engaging with current employees and customers.
This is a fast-paced, demanding job where flexibility and excellent communication is required.
Because of the dynamics of the cleaning industry and needs of our customers and employees, we offer a very flexible schedule. As such, we are looking for an individual with the self-discipline and initiative capable of operating independently. Primarily a second shift position, Monday-Friday

Requirements:
- Previous supervision experience in the commercial cleaning industry is preferred but not required.
- Must have valid drivers license and vehicle.

Expected hours: 40 per week
