Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various commercial spaces. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and clients. The Cleaner will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, demonstrating a commitment to quality and efficiency.
HOURS are flexible. It is 1.5 hours per night at one building and 1 hour in another building, totaling 2.5 hours per night, 12.5 hours per week. The buildings are 1.4 miles apart.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and hallways.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow established safety procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as assigned to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Ensure that all areas are left clean and orderly at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
