What are the responsibilities and job description for the First shift Floater/Production/Assembly position at Pro Resources Staffing Services?
We are seeking a motivated individual to work full-time and overtime as required. No experience necessary, just the ability to learn and develop skills through on-the-job training is most important.
General duties will include but are not limited to :
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manufacturing / assembly tasks
- Learn all aspects of manufacturing; from production to light assembly of products
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining clean, orderly area, returning supplies, equipment and tools to assigned locations
- Responsible for helping assemble and prepare products for shipment.
- Completing checks on products to ensure quality production
- Electronics experience a plus but not required
Working Conditions :
Clean / casual working environment
All successful candidates must :
Be able to lift up to 50lbs, stand all day, bend over
Be handy with drills and hand tools
Follow all safety protocols and adhere to PPE (safety glasses, etc) as required
Work well with a small team or alone as needed
Be punctual and have reliable transportation
Must be 18 years of age or older
