Production Hours Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
1st shift - Some electrical experience required
In the Power Up Assembly role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, interpreting prints and labeling diagrams, performing product testing to ensure functionality, and packaging completed products according to customer specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting product problems and customer returns
- Read work orders or other instructions to determine product specifications or materials requirements
- Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions
- Assemble electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly
- Adjust, repair, or replace electrical and hydraulic or electronic and hydraulic components to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications
- Clean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths
- Use drill press and roll saw to correct dimensions of material used in the assembly of product
- Review blueprints or other instructions to determine operational methods or sequences
- Test completed unit to ensure product is working according to specifications - Weight test & Road Test
- Use volt meter to diagnose problems
- Align parts or workpieces to ensure proper assembly
- Mark products, workpieces, or equipment with identifying information
- Complete quality assurance checklist and give to supervisor
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Must have good math skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to bend, twist, squat repetitively throughout work day
- Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
- See and hear within reasonably acceptable limits, (this includes the ability to see at a distance and peripherally, and in certain instances, it is also necessary to discern different colors, primarily red, yellow and green)
- Use time management skills and prioritization to accomplish the daily tasks
- Within the hours provided
- Must be self motivated as much of the day is unsupervised
- May require occasional overtime hours
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Tool/Machine/Technology Requirements:
- Familiarity with electrical circuits
- Understanding of hydraulic systems and their maintenance
- Proficiency in basic computer tasks, such as data entry
- Ability to use volt meter to measure and test electrical currents
- Experience in using drill press and roll saw
- Certified or able to be trained in fork truck operation
- Skilled in using various hand tools, air tools and power tools
