- Compensation: Up to $90,000 per year
- Scope, estimate and manage restoration projects in a timely manner.
- Manage restoration projects in a timely manner.
- Maintain night and weekend emergency service call schedule.
- Manage technicians, project managers and subcontractors.
- Manage projects from inception to completion.
- Analyze problems and makes recommendations to resolve problems.
- Follow-up on customer inquiries and questions.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with insurance companies.
- Maintain open communication with customers, employees, and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and quality.
- Complete all paperwork.
- Prioritize projects.
- Review paperwork with customer at the end of each job.
- Schedule technician assignments.
- Exercise good judgment when negotiating new business.
- Manage restoration: mitigation – drying, repair, all required insurance work.
- Manage air duct cleaning, floor care, and window cleaning.
- Responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Responsible for hiring and training new technicians.
- Troubleshoot cleaning equipment, drying equipment and truck mounts and repair
- Conduct employee evaluations.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean Driving Record and able to pass Insurance Eligibility Criteria
- Acceptable Criminal Background Check
- 2-3 years of Customer Service Experience
- 3 years supervisory experience
- General construction knowledge
- 5 years prior experience in the field
- DOT Certification
- Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certified
- Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) certified
- Applied microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) certified
