Compensation : Up to $90,000 per year
Job Duties
Facilitate new business
Manage commercial contract business
Manage staffing requirements
Manage projects from inception to completion
Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
Follow-up on customer inquiries and questions
Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
Maintain open communication with customers, employees and subcontractors
Ensure adherence to company standards and quality
Complete all paperwork
Prioritize projects
Schedule cleaner assignments
Exercise good judgment when negotiating new business
Background Profile
Valid Driver’s License
Clean Driving Record
Acceptable Criminal Background Check
3-5 years of Operations Management experience
General cleaning knowledge
3-5 years of supervisory experience and 2-3 years of management experience or
BA Business Management and 2 years of applicable experience
