Third shift  shipping    needed  in Butler

Details

  • 18. 50
  • Temp to direct
  • 10pm-6am some overtime to be expected, some training on day shift may be required

Duties :

  • Locates and distributes material to given location.
  • Verifies loading specifics and checks for proper packaging
  • Checks trailer condition to ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
  • Communicates with truck driver on loading instructions and distribution of weight as per NPS guidelines
  • Loads truck using crane or forklift
  • Verifies final truckload checklist and returns paperwork to truck driver
  • Performs sorting of material and repackaging
  • Performs regular safety checks on lifting equipment
  • Logs and files daily truck loads
  • Operates overhead door
  • Directs traffic in and out of the plant
  • Accountable for inventory control
  • Observes operation of machines and reports any problems requiring corrective or preventative maintenance
  • Observe work area used by receiving production crew and assist in maintaining good housekeeping in the area
