Inside Sales Representatives are an integral team member at Pro Sales Inc. You will work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales associates and directly with customers to create and process quotes and orders. All while building relationships with our customers through strong communication, marketing, and industry knowledge.
We are looking for coachable and motivated candidates.
Inside Sales Representative – Duties / Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Follow up on leads generated from Outside Sales associates
- Build targeted proposals based on customer history and perform cold calls
- Develop sales packets for Outside Sales associates
Sales & Quoting:
- Take incoming customer calls
- Research application-specific solutions for your clients
- Search for vendor/suppliers that provide the best quality, service, and profit margin
- Generate quotes & orders
- Actively upsell our products and close on existing orders
Support:
- Work hand-in-hand with our Outside Sales associates by performing administrative functions
- Gather information for customer returns
- Help identify parts and equipment
- Support the Outside sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotation and accurate order processing
Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
· 3 years of Sales & Customer Service experience
· 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Processing (Preferred)
· Basic mechanical knowledge
· Computer literacy & experience in sales software
· Basic knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Able to coordinate with a team both locally and remotely
· Competitive, self-starter who is both ambitious and works well in a team environment
· Valid Driver's License
· High School Diploma or equivalent
