Boutique Portland commercial property management firm is looking to add to their team and have created an Office Coordinator role. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to property managers and other key office staff, communicating with tenants, data entry and general clerical tasks as needed. This position is ideal for a candidate who possesses strong communication skills, excellent technical skills and great attention to detail. This position requires intermediate MS Excel skills and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
