Sales Support Coordinator at Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning
Shift: Monday/Friday 8am-5pm
Hourly Rate: 21.00-23.00 DOE
Overview
The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day support and administration for the Pro-Serv Sales Team.
Core Responsibilities
Manage support functions for multiple Business Development Executives, including prospecting and general office and/or customer service support
Assist with updating Salesforce as needed
Occasional customer interface via email and phone
Managing calendars, emails and meeting coordination for sales team members
Support existing and future business sales/operations
Assisting in the preparation of presentations and correspondence
Attend and participate in regional facilities management trade shows and community events
Ability to work independently or with sales people
Other projects as required
Inside sales
Meet monthly quotations
Cold calling via phone and email with potential leads
QA calling to existing clients for potential up sale and referrals
Skills and Qualifications

Experience/Education Required
A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
High school diploma or GED highly preferred
Prefer 1-3 years' experience in related B2B service sales industries
Schedule
This is a standard business hours position: M-F from 8am-430pm. Must have flexibility to adapt to special events as needed. This is a hybrid position, working remotely but also in the Tempe office and out in the field.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects and tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb, stoop, kneel or crouch; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
