Project Manager Roles (Mid-Level & Senior)
Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
Overview:
The PMO is expanding! We're seeking two experienced Project Managers—a Mid-Level PM (5-7 years) and a Senior PM—to join a growing team currently composed of a Director and two Project Managers. Our projects primarily follow the Waterfall methodology, with some elements of SAFe. Documentation is managed through Smart Sheets and PowerPoint.
These roles are specifically for Software Implementation Project Managers, with Infrastructure experience considered a strong plus.
Must-Haves:
- Verified PMP Certification
- 5-7 years (Mid-Level) or 7 years (Senior) of Project Management experience
- Experience coordinating software implementation projects
- Exceptional communication skills, professional demeanor, and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Clarity by Broadcom
- Infrastructure project experience
- Familiarity with project management methodologies: Waterfall, Iterative Waterfall, SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal teams and vendors for project execution
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
- Develop detailed project plans, and manage scope, schedule, costs, and risks
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships
- Create comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance against short- and long-term goals
- Adjust projects based on financial analysis and business objectives
- Regularly report and escalate project status as necessary
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps
- Continuously enhance leadership and project management skills
