SQL Developer
Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid 3 Days onsite - 2 Days remote)

Seeking a strong SQL programmer with expertise in T-SQL, stored procedures, and triggers to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. If you thrive on solving problems, thinking outside the box, and working on multiple projects simultaneously, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support business applications.
- Collaborate with users and business teams to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database performance issues.
- Worked on multiple projects, ensuring efficient data processing and system performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Partner with development teams to support and enhance .NET applications.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of hands-on experience with MS SQL Server in a senior DBA or developer role.
- Expert-level proficiency in T-SQL, SQL replication, ADO, and advanced stored procedure development.
- Experience in large financial and accounting environments is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of .NET applications and database integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional presence – this role requires direct interaction with business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as MCSE: Data Management and Analytics are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in an Agile, fast-paced environment with a "Can Do" attitude.
