The National Football League Alumni Association and their youth football initiatives are managed by Pro Sports Experience of Wilmette, IL.
On a national scale, during the months of June and July, NFL Alumni Youth Football Camps provide safe, non-contact football skill development programs for boys and girls aged 6-14 years old. Our mission is to teach athletic skills, football skills, life skills and have fun playing non-contact / flag football.
Job Overview:
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as Customer Relations and Sales Support Specialist. This role is critical to ensure seamless customer experience, efficient communication, and robust data management.
The ideal candidate will excel in communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and utilizing various tools to manage customer inquiries, sales data, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support and Communication
o Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
o Convert prospective customers into registered customers
o Manage customer issues and requests including refund fulfillment
o Send customer confirmations / information alerts
o Fulfilling customer or organization charitable donation requests
Data Management and Reporting
o Produce and format sales reports
o Manage data exports for sales & operations
o Identify sales opportunities by analyzing customer data to determine purchasing trends, incomplete transactions, and additional sales potential.
o Manage and correct customer records to ensure data accuracy.
Marketing and Promotions
o Serve and respond to prospective customer inquiries on social media.
o Create marketing materials for sales promotions or community relations.
o Create and utilize discount codes to generate registrations
o Identify customer segments for sales opportunities.
o Create and schedule social media posts.
Operations Support
o Manage coaching contracts and provide reports
o Create customer rosters for operations purposes
o Identify customer segments for operation services.
o Monitor and ensure completion of required customer waivers, health history forms, and additional submissions.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with Office 365, including Excel (pivot tables, data formatting & formula creation), PowerPoint, and Word.
· Ability to quickly learn basic Customer Management System (V-Tiger CRM)
· Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn WordPress, Mailchimp, WooCommerce export, import, search and navigation.
·Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
·Ability to learn and communicate company policy.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Experience
·Some experience in customer service, sales support, or marketing.
·Experience working with email marketing campaigns.
·Experience with excel spreadsheets as a database.
