Job Description: Full-Time HR Manager
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 plus insurance
Work Type: In-Office (Iselin, NJ)
Reports To: Director of Operations
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all aspects of human resources management, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee benefits, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee benefits and compensation (using 3rd party system)
- Resolve employee relations issues
- Provide training and development opportunities for employees
- Administer employee relations programs
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the state of NJ
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5 years of experience in HR management
- 5 years of experience sourcing candidates using multiple channels
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, willing to go the extra mile
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
