Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) with a vertical focus on data centers to drive sales and develop long-term relationships within colocation providers, hyperscale facilities, and enterprise data centers. The ideal candidate has prior experience in enterprise-scale physical security systems or a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network security, or facilities management within data centers.
In this role, you will work closely with data center security teams, IT directors, facility managers, and compliance officers to assess security risks and implement highly secure, scalable, and redundant security solutions that align with industry regulations, operational needs, and uptime requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Business Development :
Identify, target, and engage decision-makers within colocation, enterprise, and hyperscale data centers.
- Develop tailored security solutions that address data center-specific challenges , including perimeter security, compliance (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001), access control, and AI-driven monitoring.
- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
Consultative Selling & Relationship Management :
Act as a trusted advisor to data center clients, understanding their security needs and offering redundant, scalable, and future-proofed solutions.
Industry & Technology Expertise :
Stay informed about data center security regulations, compliance standards, and evolving cybersecurity threats.
Collaboration & Account Growth :
Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales engineers, project managers, and service teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
