Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) with a vertical focus on healthcare to drive sales and develop long-term relationships within hospitals, healthcare systems, and medical facilities. The ideal candidate has prior experience in enterprise-scale physical security systems or a strong understanding of IT or facilities management within healthcare environments.
In this role, you will work closely with healthcare executives, security directors, and IT / facilities teams to assess security needs and develop customized solutions that align with compliance requirements, operational goals, and patient safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Business Development :
Identify, target, and engage decision-makers within healthcare organizations, including CIOs, Facility Directors, and Security Teams.
- Develop tailored security solutions that address healthcare-specific challenges such as patient protection, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Joint Commission, etc.), and emergency response planning.
- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
Consultative Selling & Relationship Management :
Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, understanding their security needs and offering customized technology solutions.
Industry & Technology Expertise :
Stay informed about industry regulations, emerging security threats, and healthcare compliance requirements.
Collaboration & Account Growth :
Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales engineers, project managers, and service teams, to ensure successful project execution.
