About this role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Lead Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, tracking, and qualifying sales leads for our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. You will act as a critical point of contact between potential customers and our sales team, ensuring that leads are efficiently distributed, followed up on, and converted into sales opportunities. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of organization, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to drive business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Lead Management: Receive, evaluate, and qualify incoming sales leads through various channels, including phone, email, and web inquiries, ensuring they meet the criteria for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
· Lead Assignment: Distribute qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives or teams in a timely manner to ensure efficient follow-up and conversion.
· Tracking & Reporting: Utilize CRM systems to track lead status, ensuring accurate updates and reporting on lead progress, conversion rates, and sales activities.
· Customer Communication: Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, providing information, answering questions, and guiding leads through the initial qualification process.
· Follow-Up: Ensure consistent follow-up with leads, tracking their status and ensuring that no lead is overlooked or unresolved.
· Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have all the necessary information to pursue leads effectively, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to closing.
· Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing quotes, and assisting with any sales materials or documents needed for lead conversion.
· Data Entry & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for tracking and reporting purposes.
· Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from leads to improve processes and provide valuable insights to the sales team on ways to enhance lead conversion.
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience in sales coordination, lead management, or customer service, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services industry.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with leads and sales teams professionally.
· Proficiency in using CRM systems, lead management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing workflows and lead conversion.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the sales department and management.
· High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
